Fridays Workout

So I decided to do legs + chest, since I strongly feel that my chest is a weak point in my body so I'm going to try to do some extra workouts. Fridays workout was a bit long but it went awesomely, and I'm reading some nice results from my journal past the week. Now that I actually do keep up with the journal I feel that results are more and more achievable, and my goals seems to get closer every week by a little!

I have had a few problems keeping up with my diet program, but I have been eating around 5 times a day and  when I get hungry, so I hope I'll get a more steady dieting routine so my results will hold up!

Getting some results!

Its been a week since I last wrote but i have been noticing some great things the past couple days, especially at the gym! I have gotten almost 10 kg more weight in many of my exercises and that's like ~27lbs!

And for the first time I added bench press to my schedule, I haven't done it earlier since my shoulder cups(meaning the cartilage cups in your shoulder that enables movement) are too big compared to the bones cartilage side, so i have over moving shoulders that makes my shoulders pretty much weak....
But now I'm going to start doing bench press slowly and taking it really easy, just to avoid to brake my shoulders.

I haven't yet gone on a scale, but I'm eager to see some results of my wight going up!

Week 3

This week has started off pretty well, tho only thing that has been bothering me is that i got stuck in a squat! I was lifting the last rep of the 5th set and got stuck at the bottom, i just couldn't pull it off! And I had to ask other people to lift it off! That kinda bothered me since I dont like to ask help of people, especially at the gym!

Otherwise the week has been good and i bought a gym journal memo pad on tuesday so now i can keep up with my work outs!

Now to the factor that has to change, i need to re design my diet since my diet plan to eat at 7, 9, 11, 14.00 is not working, since I'm at school atm... I dont have a new diet plan yet but Im thinking on skipping of one of the meals and just do 5 meals a day + protein and snaks.

The week is in!

The week has been alright for the most part, the gym has gone good and i haven't had to take naps at day time since wednesday! But then for the no no's, i feel that i have been a little sloppy with my eating, I have had only 4- 5 meals on tuesday, wednesday and on thursday. Today I have eaten only 3 times.... even i have been hungry, tho the main reason for this has been that I have spent some quality time with my lil brother the past two days, an i gotta say it was fun to hang out with him!

Today's gym went alright, until the last reps witch i couldn't get to feel right, they were sloppy, to hasty and way to light .... I focused the best i could but it just wouldn't happen, so i lightened the last reps and did my best to complete them properly and in the right form.

Stomach ache

Whoa.... today at the gym didn't go as well as i expected!
I had some Granola type for breakfast with milk, and that really got my stomach to turn upside down after the gym. I felt REALLY ill! Took me almost 1.5h to get over the feeling! NO MORE GRANOLA pre work out!!

But besides that my shoulder work out was successful, tho I felt that some of my reps were powerless for some reason...
I haven't yet found a book that i could use as a gym book but I should have it some where.....

On Week Two

I have been feeling a little tired, have had to take some naps to keep my strength up. Even tho the work outs have been awesome and I have pushed my self to rise the bar every time I go to the gym.

Today I had a back and bicep work out, witch went really good. I'm tho forgetting pretty easily during the exercise how many reps I did and what did I lift the last time at the gym, so I'm going to start to use a gym book to hold some kind of record of my lifting and progress!

This is MindFight!

Hi!

This is mindfight, my way to inspire my self to push my self over my limits to be more than I am now!
Every day is a continuous fight with your mind, its a fight to keep your self from falling to laziness, to push you self to say no to a smoke or to push your self from the tiredness and go to the gym!

The Keys to success is to not give in and to do it only for your self!
Keep the inspiration going to keep you going!
I figured this out just a few weeks ago and i have really gone up in my life, i feel more alive and i enjoy more of the things i do, cause finally i do it for me!

I quit smoking about 4 weeks ago, and yes i have "quit" a several times before but this time is different. Every other time i had some kind of a reason, good or bad, cant really remember but this time the reason is obvious, me, the reason is me. I want to do it for me and i haven't had a second thought of it since, i can feel the difference!

I started to jog at the same day I quit smoking about 4 weeks ago, I jogged about 3km every morning and evening to start my work out. While jogging my hunger for working out just kept growing and growing so i decided to get a gym card.

Since last weeks Friday  i have been going to the gym so i got now 6 days of exercise behind and my body starting to get the hang of it.
I also renewed my daily diet to be more healthy I eat 6 times a day and take Vitamins and omega-3 Oli caps on daily basis. To enhance my work out I got some supplements to recover more quickly and to get some energy pre work out.
I tried to stay to the basics and got Protein, Creatine and N.O. supplement for the pre workout energy.
The first week at the gym have been though but i have enjoyed every second of it!

I can feel the difference in the wind, changing my life for ever!

Im going to update every week to keep the inspiration up, to keep me going!
