I know it has been a long while since, but I had many changes in my life lately and pumppin iron at the gym got left on the background.... (It was WRONG).... But well long story short, I got married, got a job and then a new job and ended up doing 12h days of construction working/ day / 5 days a week .. This cut me down A LOT since we had only 1 brake and that was lunch... and bet your ass after working 12h with 1 brake u will end up losing weight... So I dropped from 73kg to around 65.... BACK AT SQUARE 1..
Some time has gone and my job at the construction has ended. Now I'm about at 66.5kg and about to hit the gym after a long time... I feel literally so bad about neglecting my self that i really don't know anything else to do, than rip the shit out of my self at the gym when I get there on Monday ( will need a new GYM card and there ain't no customer service on the weekends).
On top of this I have set a goal for me, a HARD one .. but well the time will show if i can conquer this goal of mine, witch would be to hit 80 kg before 1/6/14 ( U.S. calender 6/1/14 ) that would mean 3kg gains every month .... Seems tough but I'm going to eat like a beast train like a beast and sleep like a baby and GET EM GAINS !
