Wow what a set back....

I know it has been a long while since, but I had many changes in my life lately and pumppin iron at the gym got left on the background.... (It was WRONG).... But well long story short, I got married, got a job and then a new job and ended up doing 12h days of construction working/ day / 5 days a week .. This cut me down A LOT  since we had only 1 brake and that was lunch... and bet your ass after working 12h with 1 brake u will end up losing weight... So I dropped from 73kg to around 65.... BACK AT SQUARE 1..

Some time has gone and my job at the construction has ended. Now I'm about at 66.5kg and about to hit the gym after a long time... I feel literally so bad about neglecting my self that i really don't know anything else to do, than rip the shit out of my self at the gym when I get there on Monday ( will need a new GYM card and there ain't no customer service on the weekends). 

On top of this I have set a goal for me, a HARD one .. but well the time will show if i can conquer this goal of mine, witch would be to hit 80 kg before 1/6/14 ( U.S. calender 6/1/14 ) that would mean 3kg gains every month .... Seems tough but I'm going to eat like a beast train like a beast and sleep like a baby and GET EM GAINS !

Some Gains OR WHAT!

HI! 

Getting bigger here every week! I'm now really starting to get exited since its been 2 months on the run now on my extreme work out & dieting ! AND IT IS WORKING I'm now weighting 69,5kg!!!(THAT'S TOTAL OF 7kg GAIN!!) 
This said I have to make a notice that this kind of life style kinda gets stuck on you pretty fast! Since the dieting plan and the work outs makes you feel so good, that you actually will feel bad about your self if you don't keep up to the plan!

To a BONUS on all of this I'm now starting to do Arm work outs on every "resting day", since I really don't feel that my arm have got any gains so far. I'm trying out this pump style of training that i found online ->(http://www.biggerarms.com/

I have done it only once so far, but I can say something about it all ready. IT MAKES YOUR ARMS GO PUMP, and I have never ever felt like this on my hands before!

Growth is happening!

Hi!

Aight so its been a while since I wrote the last time, but well I didn't really have anything to say.

4weeks in on the new program and diet, and the results are REALLY starting to show!!!
I have gained about 1kg ( ~2,2lbs) ea week and my morning weight is now around 67,3kg(148,7lbs)!!

Even further of what I earlier mentioned about my diet being about 3000 kcal every day, but I just realised that this what I EAT so this does not include any supplements!!
The results have been awesome so far, NO showing fat increase and only lean muscle!

I just actually ordered new supplements, witch I hope will get my gains even higher!

Long time since!

Haha I never forgot to add anything here, I just didn't really have anything to add. I had a long ish brake of the gym since of some financial issues so that i couldn't get enough to eat so had to stay out of the gym.

But now I'm continuing with my work outs and getting my meals, eating about 3000 calories a day hoping to get bigger slowly!

I will add some thing monthly or so but wont promise anything, I started to take monthly pics and maybe i'll upload some after i get some results to show.

2 weeks brake

I had to have some brake, felt sick. Like would have had a bad flue or something like that, had ache in every bone and muscle... Now after 2 week i went back to the gym and it felt terrible.... Started to feel ill and dissy, well got to see what tomorrow brings with.

Fridays Workout

So I decided to do legs + chest, since I strongly feel that my chest is a weak point in my body so I'm going to try to do some extra workouts. Fridays workout was a bit long but it went awesomely, and I'm reading some nice results from my journal past the week. Now that I actually do keep up with the journal I feel that results are more and more achievable, and my goals seems to get closer every week by a little!

I have had a few problems keeping up with my diet program, but I have been eating around 5 times a day and  when I get hungry, so I hope I'll get a more steady dieting routine so my results will hold up!

Getting some results!

Its been a week since I last wrote but i have been noticing some great things the past couple days, especially at the gym! I have gotten almost 10 kg more weight in many of my exercises and that's like ~27lbs!

And for the first time I added bench press to my schedule, I haven't done it earlier since my shoulder cups(meaning the cartilage cups in your shoulder that enables movement) are too big compared to the bones cartilage side, so i have over moving shoulders that makes my shoulders pretty much weak....
But now I'm going to start doing bench press slowly and taking it really easy, just to avoid to brake my shoulders.

I haven't yet gone on a scale, but I'm eager to see some results of my wight going up!
